We do not outsource production or fulfillment.

Because each order is produced internally, production and shipping timelines vary based on current order volume. Our team always works to ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our production standards.

During periods of high sales volume, including but not limited to new releases, promotions, or discounts, processing times may be extended.

We do not lose orders. As long as you have an order number, your order is fully logged, accounted for, and guaranteed to be produced and delivered, regardless of any delays.
