Order Processing

All garments are produced in-house inside our facility. Each order is individually prepared, printed, finished, and inspected before shipment.

Orders typically enter the production process within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Production timelines can vary depending on current order volume and the total number of items included in your order.

On average, production takes approximately 1–7 business days per piece. However, because every garment is made to order and moves through multiple production stages, the full production timeline may range from 1–16 weeks.

During periods of high demand, new releases, or large order volumes, timelines may extend. We prioritize precision, quality, and long-term garment durability throughout the process.

Customers can track the progress of their order through our production timeline system for full transparency.

We will always communicate any delays transparently and directly to you via the email associated with your order. If you have any questions about your order at any time, you are welcome to reach out to our support team and we will be happy to assist you. 

PRODUCTION TIMELINE: 1-16 WEEKS

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to our quick production workflow, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

  • Once production begins, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

  • If tracking has been issued, your item has already entered production and can no longer be canceled or refunded.

If you need to request an address change or cancellation immediately after placing your order, email us at nightschoolswag@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Email used during checkout

While we will try to assist, please note that changes may not be possible once production begins.

SHIPPING ISSUES & RETURNED PACKAGES

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect address information.

If your package is returned to us:

  • You will be responsible for covering any additional shipping fees to resend your order.

  • If 30 days pass without resolution, your order will be restocked. To receive your items, you will need to place a new order. In this case, we will include your original items and waive shipping fees.

For delivery issues after shipment, please contact the shipping provider directly.
